FlackCheck.org’s Weekly Update Feb. 17, 2012

This week, FlackCheck.org’s “Stand By Your Ad” campaign launches; read coverage from the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, and Washington Post to learn more.

Subscribers, we urge you to go to Stand By Your Ads: Stations and email your local broadcast stations urging them to insist on the accuracy of the third-party ads they decide to air.

And to celebrate Lincoln’s 203rd birthday as well as Presidents’ Day, FlackCheck.org’s McClellan campaign has posted its 8th attack ad on the 16th president.
