Congratulations to the winners of the Cronkite/Jackson Prize for Fact Checking Political Messages: CNN in the national category and KUSA in Denver, Colo., in the local category. The prize is named for CBS News anchor Walter Cronkite and Brooks Jackson, founder of FactCheck.org. It is co-sponsored by the Norman Lear Center at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania.
